Shrimp achar

 Ingredients

  • 250gshrimp
  • 1teaspoon of ginger
  • 1teaspoon of Indian five spices
  • 2Turmeric
  • 1Pepper
  • 1Ancho Rojo pepper from Mexico

Preparation tips



Place the shrimp in a dry pan. Grill them without burning. It's a roastery somewhere.

Leave to cool and grind everything in a blender.

In another pan, brown the spices, add the lemon juice. Reduce slightly and add the crushed shrimp. Leave to cook for a few minutes. Salt and adjust if necessary with lemon juice.
